responsible

return

Please
secure
equipment
and
rental items
from
theft,
sun,
dirt,
water,

charge

missing,
broken,
burned
or
damaged

linens

there
will be
an
extra
charge
for
this
stains
or
a
charge
to
replace
the
item stained.
All
rental items:
tables,
chairs,
equipment,
and
decorations
must
be
restacked
and
ready
for
pick
up
in the
same
place
it
was
delivered,
unless
a
tear
down
charge
has
been
paid.
All
china,
glassware,
silverware,
chafing
dishes,
etc.
must
be
r
insed
food
free
and
re
-
packed
in
the
delivery
containers.
Charger
plates
must
be
hand
cleaned
with
a
damp
cloth
and
re
-
packed
in
containers.
Please
do
not
w
ash
fine
china
in dishwashers.
Please
put
linens
in
separated
bags
:
tablecloth
with
tablecloth,
overlays
with
overlays,
chair
covers
with
chair

etc.
they
should be
free
of
food,
trash,
and
dry

prevent
staining

mildew.

place
an
order
with
us,

reserved,

Hall/Salon
cancellations:
For
cancellations
of
the
Hall
at
any
time
you
will lose
your
deposit
of
$500.00,

we
will apply
cancellation
charges
of
equipment
&
decorations
rented
if
any
