A credit card is required as a deposit. Full  payment of the equipment is due two weeks prior to event. Delivery & pick up service is availab le. Prices do not include set up & delivery charge. Set up & strike is available at a R easonable additional cost and should be arranged in advance. All charges are for time out, weather equipment is used or not . Prices quoted are for one day peri od, charges will apply if equipment/ d ecorations etc. are not returned on time. Client is responsible to return all event rentals in good condition, if some items are lost or damage d client is responsible for replacement cost. Responsibility for rent al items r emain with the lessor from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please secure equipment and rental items from theft, sun, dirt, water, etc. we charge for missing, broken, burned or damaged items. Please no ink, wax or mole me xicano on linens , there will be an extra charge for this stains or a charge to replace the item stained. All rental items: tables, chairs, equipment, and decorations must be restacked and ready for pick up in the same place it was delivered, unless a tear down charge has been paid. All china, glassware, silverware, chafing dishes, etc. must be r insed food free and re - packed in the delivery containers. Charger plates must be hand cleaned with a damp  cloth and re - packed in containers. Please do not w ash fine china in dishwashers. Please put linens in separated bags : tablecloth with tablecloth, overlays with overlays, chair covers with chair covers, etc. they should be free of food, trash, and dry t o prevent staining and mildew. When you place an order with us, that equipment is reserved, prepared, and hand packed for you. All cancellations will be charged with a 15% of the totalevent, cancellations made less than 14 days notice will be charged 25%, cancellations made with less than 72 h our s will  be charged 50%. Hall/Salon cancellations: For cancellations of the Hall at any time you will lose your deposit of $500.00, plus we will apply cancellation charges of equipment & decorations rented if any .
